Services may be delivered in person, online, or through digital platforms.

Fit Mum Squad UK reserves the right to update, modify, or expand services at any time.

2. Eligibility and Health Requirements

Participants should obtain clearance from their GP or healthcare professional before participating in exercise, particularly following childbirth.

By participating in Fit Mum Squad UK classes or programmes, you confirm that you are medically able to exercise and that you will take responsibility for monitoring your own health and wellbeing during participation.

Participants must inform Fit Mum Squad UK of any medical condition, complication, or injury which may affect their ability to exercise safely. This includes, but is not limited to:

Pelvic floor dysfunction

Diastasis recti (abdominal separation)

Pelvic organ prolapse

Musculoskeletal injuries

Pregnancy-related complications

If such conditions are identified during a class, you may be advised to seek assessment from a qualified Women’s Health Physiotherapist. Jade can provide details of practitioners within the area. Where appropriate, exercises may be adapted or regressed to support safe participation.

All participants must complete a Pre-Exercise Health Screening Questionnaire (PAR-Q) prior to attending their first session. If there are any changes to your health circumstances, you must update your health screening information accordingly.

Fit Mum Squad UK provides general exercise guidance and does not replace medical advice from a healthcare professional.

3. Bookings, Payments, and Cancellations

All classes must be booked in advance through the official booking platform LegitFit.

Payments are processed through LegitFit and Stripe and are made directly to Fit Mum Squad UK.

Class Bookings

Classes are typically booked in 6-class block bookings.

Drop-in sessions are not offered as a standard booking option, unless otherwise stated, e.g. Saturday bootcamp, and are only available as trial sessions for new clients, subject to availability.

Trial sessions must be booked in advance and are non-transferable and non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

In certain circumstances, such as return to work following maternity leave or extended holidays, a 3-class half-term booking may be offered at the discretion of Fit Mum Squad UK.

Class packs and memberships are non-transferable and non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

Missed Classes

If you miss or cancel a class for any reason, you may attend another suitable class as a catch-up session within the same term.

Catch-up classes:

Are subject to availability and suitability

Must be arranged directly with Fit Mum Squad UK

Must be completed within the same term as the original booking

Catch-up sessions cannot be carried forward into a new term unless a valid reason is provided and accepted by Fit Mum Squad UK.

No refunds will be provided for missed classes.

If a class is cancelled by Fit Mum Squad UK, an alternative session will be offered so that you receive your full class entitlement.

4. Personal Training (1:1 and Small Group)

Personal Training sessions must be booked in advance and are subject to availability.

All Personal Training bookings are considered final.

If you cancel a Personal Training session with less than 12 hours’ notice, the session will be charged in full.

If cancellation is made with more than 12 hours’ notice, reasonable efforts will be made to reschedule the session.

Missed sessions may be rearranged where possible, however this will depend on instructor availability.

Fit Mum Squad UK cannot guarantee a replacement session if suitable availability cannot be found.

No refunds will be issued for missed or late-cancelled Personal Training sessions.

5. Babies and Children

Babies are welcome at classes unless otherwise stated.

While Fit Mum Squad UK is committed to providing a supportive and welcoming environment for mothers and their children, parents or guardians remain fully responsible for the safety and supervision of their children at all times during sessions.

Fit Mum Squad UK cannot accept responsibility for any injury or accident involving a child during a class.

A small baby-changing station may be available at each venue.

Bottle feeding and breastfeeding during sessions are welcome.

Participants are encouraged to feed babies prior to sessions where possible to allow greater focus on movement, however this is fully understood to be flexible.

Permission must be obtained before bringing more than one child to a class due to venue space limitations.

If older children attend, they should either participate appropriately or have quiet activities to allow the parent to participate safely.

Participants are not required to bring their baby to class if alternative childcare arrangements are available.
