Mum and Baby Squad!

This class explores the basics of getting back into movement after having a baby. We will work on pelvic floor engagement, activation of the transverse abdominus muscle and  integrate strength training and movement while adapting to any symptoms that you may have. We will focus heavily on glute, back and chest strength and rebuild the foundational muscles needed for everyday motherhood.

Even if you had your baby months or years ago, the foundations are the same and I will progress you with more intensity as and when you need.

Ideal for all mums, including:

  • Those who are just returning to fitness after their 6 week check.
  • Those who are pregnant
  • Those who are longer postpartum and are looking to build strength
  • Mums with symptoms of pelvic floor dysfunction or significant abdominal separation.

Please note that you must be signed off by a doctor and fill out a pre-exercise questionnaire to participate.
