1:1 Personal Training - Mobile
The most extensive training that I offer. Through a comprehensive consultation, we will find out more about you, your habits and your goals. Being specialised in pre- and postnatal exercise instruction, I can give you an exercise program that can be adapted around your pregnant or postpartum body, meeting you where you are. Then I can come to you or you can come to me!
Each PT session is 45 minutes long and can be biilled on a monthly or weekly basis.

Online Coaching
Similar to PT but all online. We will regulalry chat about your progress, any obstacles and how your goals are progressing. I will give you a bank of resources and how-to videos for different exercises. All of this will start with a comprehensive consultation first about your goals and an assessment of different movement patterns so I can meet you where you are.
Billed monthly.

Fit Mum Squad Online
If you have a Facebook account, you can come and join me and the other wonderful mums in Fit Mum Squad Online. Weekly workouts are posted, as well as a virtual on Wednesday evenings. Nutrition and health tips are also provided to keep you on track. Come for accountability and stay for the community feel :)
