I am a mum of 2 children, one born in 2020 and the other in 2024. During both of these postpartum journeys, I learned more through mistakes than through education, as there was so much that I didn't know about my body and how it had changed during pregnancy.
Unfortunately, this led to issues such as Pelvic Organ Prolapse - something that I had never heard of until it happened. I decided that, enough was enough and women deserve more! I now dedicate my time to educating women and giving autonomy over the body and their choices.
I don't train women to lose weight, I train women to understand their bodies, to build muscle and to feel better about their choices and in their own skin. Fat loss may be a byproduct but it is never at the forefront of my mind. I want to train you to feel more confident, to prioritise yourself and to feel stronger, in every aspect of your life.
